Can I be confident in buying a rug online from Rugs Online Rugs?

Absolutely! We are a reliable, registered Australian Owned & Run Business. We understand that buying online can still be a difficult process for some people to consider, particularly if you have had a bad experience shopping online before.

We use the highest level of security encryption available on our website, to ensure that all purchases are secure.

 

The rug I am interested in is out of stock. When will it be available?

Please contact us to request an ETA on any out-of-stock items. There are ways we can notify you when the interested rug has arrived or we can place it on backorder for you.

 

Can I order a sample of a rug I am interested in?

Unfortunately we do not have samples available to send to customers, for any of our rugs. We use the highest quality imaging and description to make people get a better understanding.

 

Do you Offer custom made service on any of your rugs?

At Rugs Online Rugs we are able to offer you custom sizes on some of our rugs. Please contact us with the rug or runner that you are interested in and we will let you know best solution and provide a quote if available.

( We can join and cut some rugs to size, Runners can also be cut to size, we can also make the pattern symmetrical if you are able to be flexible on your measurements to certain degree).

How long until I receive my rug?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping page for estimates.

 

Who will deliver my rug?

We use a number of different couriers to deliver our orders, including Star Track Express, Australia Post, Allied Express, Hunter Express, Couriers Please, and Fastway. We also have our own Couriers which we use for Fast Sydney Metro Deliveries.

 

How can I keep track of my delivery?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders, and all are trackable online. All the couriers we use also have customer service teams available via phone or email for any enquiries. You can also contact us to assist you with any delivery queries.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all rugs on our website to any delivery address in Australia, except PO Boxes.

So, whether you are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Geelong, Wollongong, Hobart, Townsville, Cairns, Toowoomba, Ballarat, Bendigo, Darwin, or anywhere in between, we can deliver to you.

 

How much is Shipping?

Can I pick up my rug?

Unfortunately not as mostly - we only send orders via courier. 

But in some cases if you are in Sydney might be possible.

 

Do you Ship internationally?

No. We only ship to all Australian addresses (except PO Boxes).

 

I Wont be home to receive the delivery of my rug. How can I arrange delivery?

We will always do our very best in this situation to work with the courier assigned to deliver your order. There is always a solution, and we will find it! Here are some ideas based on situations we have encountered:

  • Often, a good solution is if the courier can leave the rug somewhere in a safe location at your property, such as behind a side or front gate, or near your front door under the porch.
  • Or, perhaps a neighbour will be home and can accept the delivery on your behalf?
  • If your delivery address is in an apartment complex, rugs can be left inside the front entrance, or at your apartment door if the building is accessible.
  • For secure apartments, or if leaving your order at your property in your absence is not suitable, we will work with the courier assigned to deliver your order to deliver your rug at a suitable time for you.
  • You can include any "Authority To Leave" courier instructions for your order on the shopping chart page.
